Real commitment

We’re going to plan everything around your game, and players will register in advance. It’s important you commit and not cancel or some players will be left without a game.

Schedule

Games will start latest at 19:45. There will be a lunch break planned as well.

3 hour adventures

Your games can run up to 3 hours. Please prepare your adventure accordingly.

Pre-made characters

Please provide a selection of pre-made characters so you can run your games quickly. We can make some available to you as well if you’d like. Send your character sheets to an organiser as soon as possible.

Your commitment

It's essential that you commit to run your game and do not cancel. We will probably have a lot of interested game masters and a lot of players signing up, so a GM that does not show up has strong consequences. Of course, unforeseen events may happen, but please only register if you are confident you can attend. Thank you.

Game logistics

Each table will host up to 5 players, and games are limited to participants aged 18+. Sessions may be run in French, English, or another language (please specify). Player spots will be reserved through a ticketing system opening in May 2026. A meal will be included during the evening for all participants; please plan your session with this in mind, although a formal break is not mandatory.

In which language will you run your session? Please note: As the event will take place in French-speaking Switzerland, most players are expected to speak French. We will likely be able to host no more than two tables in another language.

Scenario registration

Please provide information about the scenario you are proposing. At the beginning of 2026, players will use this information to register for games, so it is essential that you fill it in correctly. All this information will be visible on a dedicated page on the Château de Chillon website, which will handle player registrations.
Tip : we encourage you to use your Discord username.

The evening meal will be provided by a caterer. To help with preparations, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions. Please note that depending on the type of restriction, we may not be able to provide an alternative due to the event’s setup.

In any case, you will receive news from us by email or Discord by April 2026 at the latest. We are very grateful for your commitment, and even if we cannot host your game this year, we hope to see you at future events.
